The Critical Need for More Professionals
At one point, I was searching for calm the same way my clients do now — overwhelmed, exhausted, and certain there had to be a better way to live.
What I discovered through hypnosis wasn’t surrendering control at all; it was gaining it.
Hypnosis is a state of focused awareness, much like deep meditation, where the conscious and subconscious minds work together toward a single goal.

This process isn’t mysterious — it’s measurable.

The human brain moves through different frequencies depending on our mental state:

Brainwave Frequency (Hz) State of Mind Common Activities
Gamma 30–100 Hz Heightened focus, problem-solving Intense learning, creative insight
Beta 13–30 Hz Alert, analytical, active thinking Everyday waking state
Alpha 8–12 Hz Relaxed awareness, creativity Meditation, daydreaming
Theta 4–7 Hz Deep relaxation, gateway to Hypnosis, REM sleep,
the subconscious deeper meditation
Delta 0.5–3 Hz Restorative, unconscious Deep sleep, physical healing
Hypnosis primarily operates within the Alpha and Theta ranges — a bridge between conscious thought and subconscious influence.
It’s where meaningful change begins, because the mind is calm enough to listen and strong enough to act.

Imagine being in your hardest moment — anxious, stuck, and desperate for change. If you already knew the way out, you’d take it.
But for most people, when anxiety, stress, smoking, or stubborn habits take over, finding real help can feel impossible. That’s why the demand for skilled professionals keeps growing.
Studies and Styles
Every practitioner develops a unique rhythm and style. Some rely on pressure or guilt to provoke change — a method I’ve found rarely leads to lasting results.
My philosophy is the opposite: reward progress, reinforce success. When clients feel supported rather than judged, transformation becomes natural and sustainable.
Before I ever began helping others, hypnosis changed my own life. For 32 years, I lived with amnesia — disconnected from memories, emotions, and a sense of self. Traditional methods offered little relief. When I first turned to hypnosis, it was for something simple, like breaking the habit of biting my nails. But as I began to understand its deeper potential, I grew courageous enough to use it to explore the spaces my memory had sealed away. That experience reshaped everything I thought I knew about healing — and about myself.
It’s why I now blend relaxation training, Buteyko breathwork, meditation, deepening, and Mindscaping techniques into a process that helps others rewire their minds from the inside out. These aren’t just tools — they’re bridges. When used with intention, they help rebuild confidence, connection, and clarity, creating habits that can truly last a lifetime.
Mission Statement
I believe healing begins the moment we remember who we are beneath the noise.
Hypnosis gave me that gift — the ability to reconnect with my own mind, reshape old patterns, and rediscover the parts of myself that had been missing for decades. Now, I help others do the same.

My mission is to guide people toward clarity, confidence, and control over their own inner worlds — using evidence-based techniques to unlock the extraordinary potential already within them.
Because when the mind awakens, everything else follows.
