Hypnosis can Expedite what a Psychologist Suggests

While it's true that hypnosis and hypnotherapy are extremely useful, it should never be the be-all and end-all of serious circumstances or situations without proper follow-up. For example, stopping smoking and losing weight may be due to unhealthy habits that hypnosis can definitely assist in combating and perhaps speed up, but is there an underlying and even more severe issue? If a hypnotherapist successfully curbs your smoking, will your alcohol intake increase? If you stop overeating, will you substitute that behavior with excessive and costly shopping that you simply cannot afford? And believe it or not, exercising too much is a genuine addiction that can cause serious negative repercussions (and we're not talking about turning green and ripping out of your clothes).
